We brought our Lifetime Deck Armor system to Hamilton, Ohio to encapsulate a deck with peeling paint, and save the owners from replacement.
The deck had a stair rail that was rotten.
One of those ones that is tied in by spindles, meaning in order to replace it, you have to disconnect every spindle.
