And that’s what happened here in Brown County, Ohio . We were dealing with a middle aged deck with some extremely weathered floor planks. Most of which were on the far outside of the deck away from the home where they were more subject to the sun and elements.

But , we came in washed really , then replaced all the boards and planks on this deck that were to far gone to be resurfaced by Kong Armor .

To close off larger areas to big for our coating to bridge or fill in and close off.
From here we replaced all the decks rail cap boards because the sun had destroyed them.

When we were done , we tacked up some brand new vinyl white lattice all the way around the deck where we pulled away some old broken down wood lattice at the start of the project. The results are stunning and the white lattice definitely gave the deck a two tone look without all the hassle.
This results 🙌 are a million times better than standard deck painting which would not have worked because the deck needed restoration.
