Cross-Linking via Polymer Fusion
Via a Process we call polymer fusion. We have taken the polymers of Kong Armor ™ and linked them together permanently. Creating a cross-weave effect when looked at microscopically. This Creates a thick coating by its action that is also high stretch. But how it lends to toughness and degradation resistance is unique in the World of Deck Coatings.
This sounds confusing. It does not have to be. Think of it like this: A braided rope is much thicker and tougher than a single cord rope! On a polymer level we have braided Kong Armor ™ to make it thick and tough. And we have spared no expense in the technology to do so!

At Kong Armor™ we have incorporated the World’s very best coating additives into our World’s Toughest Deck Armor. Together as a Proprietary Blend they add increased Thickness, Strength, and Durability to our Lifetime Deck Armor.
Individually each additive has its own unique purpose and specialized affect to our deck armor. One additive may be a mineral that adds UV Blocking ability. Another a complex system of additives that delivers Post-Cure Hardening. A process that bonds individual coats of Kong Armor ™ into one thick-build layer. Then allows hardness to increase for days or weeks after application.
