This year during a routine Annual Deck Cleaning via Kong Armor’s highly valuable Lifetime Service Promise. One of our Lifetime Deck Armor Systems in Monroe, Ohio presented uncharacteristic large scale bubbling and Degradation. So Kong Armor ™ issued Warranty Coverage.

We knew right away it was not simple touch-up. So to protect the coating system. To act in fairness to our customer. We stepped in and issued at our cost, Spot Sanding and Floor Regeneration for the Deck.
