Middle Aged Structures with moderately to severely weathered wood in areas, rotten boards,cracks, splinters, thousands of open cracks and nail and screw holes. Both suffering from peeling Behr Deck Over.
The Problem
Which meant the Deck Owners were facing replacement. Normal Cincinnati Deck Painters, and other individuals tasked with deck refinishing have very little to no experience in resolving decks with thick peeling deck coatings properly. Typically the deck owner can feel this inexperience or lack of certainty in these painting contractors when they meet with them for quotes, so they choose tear down to frame re-decking via a Deck Builder instead. Which is a huge financial mistake. But, its the only clear path they see to get their deck(s) back without headaches, uncertainty, doubt etc.

The Results
The End results of this Project just turned out amazing. Luckily during the cleaning process, and thanks to our unmatched experience in the removal of peeling deck paint / peeling behr deck over during the deck cleaning process. Most all of the Peeling Behr Deck Over came off the structures. Which really set us up for having a extra gorgeous finish.
